AOMINE VS AKASHI ONE-ON-ONE (Kuroko no Basket)

Ok Kuroko no Basket Fans, I want to hear your thoughts! One on one, first to 21, Akashi vs Aomine, who wins?

I have to admit, Akashi seems like the obvious choice, but I just have this urge to support Aomine. So I am going list each of their specialties and at the end please comment, contest my facts, give me feedback.

Aomine's Skills:

1) Has super fast reflexes.

2) Is the most explosive player in the KnB World.

3) Can enter the Zone by will.

4) Has his street basketball dribbling as well as irregular shooting, which makes him almost impossible to read.

Akashi's Skills:

1) Has his Emperor's Eye which can be used for both offense and defense.

2) Has high caliber dribbling skills.

3) Can break ankles with ease (even break knees)

4) Can enter the Zone at will.

Now let's focus on their zone:

Anime: Gosick

Summary:   In the early 20th century, Kazuya transfers to a prestigious academy as part of an exchange program between Japan and Saubure, a small European country. But while Kazuya would love to make friends and have a typical school life, the boy is shunned by his ghost story-loving peers who believe that he's a "Black Reaper" to be feared. Things change one day when Kazuya wanders to the top of the library and discovers a lush botanical garden, and a beautiful, small, blonde-haired girl named Victorique who rarely leaves the building and is fascinated by unsolved mysteries. Together, the two develop a budding friendship and take on many chilling and dangerous cases that even the famous local detective Grevil can't solve.

My Take: This is a short anime only about 12 episodes or so, but if you love mystery, especially murder mysteries this anime is worth checking. Victorique (the girl in the picture) is  the detective while, Kazuya (boy in the pic) is more like an errand boy. Fans of Detective Conan, this is like a back-in-time female version of Edowaga Conan. The story may start off as just a simple mystery solving anime, but as it progressive, you see that the plot gets tangled with the past of Victorique, the conditions of that time ( because this is dated just before World War II) and by the end , you will wish that there were more episodes.

WHO IS SAE? (Sousei no Onmyouji)

WHO IS SAE?

Hey Bloggers and anime lovers, here is my anime question today from the anime "Twin Star Exorcists" (Sousei no Onmyouji): Who is Sae-chan?

  Now we know that Sae-chan was found by Rokuro and the other exorcist in Magano....on a panda? (Don't know what a panda is doing in Magano but that's for another time >.>). Sae never really explained anything about herself, so she is a total mystery to the exorcists but Rokuro and Benio take her in as their 'daughter'. However with the recent episode 28, we might have some new info on Sae. *SPOILER ALERT*

In the latest episode posted today, we see some sort of tree which seems to contain large amounts of spiritual power. Later in the episode, Sae-chan tries to protect Benio  and releases a power similar to that coming from tree, so the to a definitely related. 

 

My Theory: Sae-chan was created by the tree.

It explains why Sae-chan doesn't call Benio "Mama" because the tree is like her mom/creator. It also explains why Sae-chan has a connection to Kyoto because that's where the tree is, so its technically her home.

  As to why Sae-chan was created, why was she in Magano, is she related to Kuranashi, I don't know?

Sousei no Onmyouji

Anime: Sousei no Onmyouji


Summary:
 Grotesque monsters known as Impurities reside in Magano, a realm parallel to the present day. Exorcists purify these evil apparitions to protect the people. Rokuro Enmado is opposed to becoming an exorcist, even though he has the talent to be one, but an oracle gives him the title of "Twin Star Exorcist," the name bestowed upon married exorcists. Benio Adashino, the girl who receives the title along with Rokuro, is determined to exorcise all the Kegare, or Impurities, in the world. The two find themselves wrapped up in more and more battles together as the Twin Star Exorcists...


My Take:
  This anime is pretty awesome, especially if your love romantic/action/comedy anime. The backstories of the two main characters (Rokuro and Benio both just 14 years old) are deep. Through the strange and abrupt encounter with each other and as their fates are intertwined by this title of "Twin Star Exorcists", they conquer the individual pasts together. Basically, its action packed, drama filled anime and I encouraged you to at least check it out.

WHY THE HECK IS FUTURE TRUNKS SO STRONG?!

 Hey guys!! On Wednesdays I will be posting questions I have on different anime, and I want to hear your thoughts. Today's anime question is; WHY IS FUTURE TRUNKS IN DRAGON BALL SUPER SO STRONG?

Before you tell me that his reality has been so life threatening (having fouught Cell, the Androids, and other strong adversaries), I accept that fact but in Episode 61 of DB Super, Trunks released some sort of GOD FORM!!


Now can someone tell me how is this even remotely possible?! If Trunks can release a god mode, is it then fair to say that all of the Saiyans (Goten, Gohan,etc) have the capability? How has Trunks obtained this new power, despite never ascending above Super Saiyan 3 (I wonder the same for Vegeta but let's not go there) ? Is he some sort of missing link to the Super Saiyan God Form?

Trickster: Edogawa Ranpo “Shounen Tanteidan” yori

   Trickster: Edogawa Ranpo “Shounen Tanteidan” yori

Summary:
   Kensuke Hanasaki meets a mysterious boy named Yoshio Kobayashi who, for reasons unknown, cannot die though he wishes for death. Curious about this boy, Kensuke invites him to join the Boys’ Detective Team and their work around the city. But danger awaits and their fate will lead them down a dark path.

My Take:
  This anime is pretty new, only two episodes so far, so there not much to say right now. In terms of origin/backstory, its kind of vague but because of its vagueness, it has you very interested in the mysteries surrounding Yoshio who is unable to die, the Boys' Detective Team and the city itself. If you love anime with mystery and the supernatural you should really check this one out.
